Samsung Pay officially launched in Mexico

Samsung has announced that its Samsung Pay service is officially available for mobile payments in Mexico, over a year after it was launched in Brazil, the first Latin American country to receive the technology. Although Samsung has yet to officially reveal which banks or cards are compatible with the m-payment service, website xataka.com said Banorte, HSBC and Banregio banks plus American Express cards would be among the launch partners.
