Samsung to launch online payments service for Android in Q1

Samsung Electronics has announced it will launch a mobile web payments service for Android-powered mobile devices in South Korea. Dubbed 'Samsung Pay Mini', the service is scheduled for launch in the first quarter of this year, Reuters reports. After downloading a dedicated app, Android smartphone owners in South Korea will be able to use the Samsung Pay Mini service to make online transactions.
