Samsung vice-chair sent back to prison in retrial of bribery case

The Samsung heir Lee Jae-yong has been sent back to prison for another 2.5 years by a Seoul court, in a retrial of the bribery case involving former President Park Geun-hye, Yonhap news agency reports. The vice chairman of Samsung Electronics was charged with bribing Park and her friend Choi Soon-sil to win government support for a restructuring at Samsung that would allow Lee to take over from its father.
