Satellite still dominates Austrian TV despite slight decline

Satellite TV enjoys sustained popularity in Austria. According to the latest Astra TV Monitor 2016, there was a minor decline recorded compared with 2015. With 2.03 million households, the satellite dish still remains the number one means of reception in Austria, compared with 2.12 million households in 2015.
