Saudi Aramco and Raytheon plan cybersecurity joint venture after Saipem attack

Saudi Aramco and Raytheon Saudi Arabia have signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a joint venture company to develop cybersecurity services in Saudi Arabia and the surrounding region. This follows the cyberattack on Saipem, which provides EPC services to some Saudi Aramco projects. No data was stolen in the attack.
