Saxony consumer group sues Facebook over GDPR compliance

The consumer rights agency of Saxony has filed a lawsuit against Facebook for suspected violations of the EU's General Data Protection Regulation. The group wants Facebook to clarify the legal liability of users for content posted on their Facebook profiles.
