Schrems' NGO files against eight streaming companies over GDPR violation

Noyb, a European non-profit organisation for privacy enforcement led by Max Schrems, has filed against streaming services for violating right of access under the GDPR regulation. A test by noyb shows structural violations of most streaming services. In more than ten test cases, noyb was able to identify violations of Article 15 of GDPR in many shapes and forms by companies such as Amazon, Apple, DAZN, Spotify or Netflix. Noyb has filed a wave of ten strategic complaints against eight companies.
