Scottish infrastructure commission publishes key findings report

The Information Commission for Scotland has published its key findings report. This calls for the Scottish and UK governments to co-operate and develop a  devolved regulatory and pricing framework by 2021 to allow telecoms infrastructure investment to be planned and delivered to meet Scotland's future needs.
