Sensoterra partners Inmarsat to develop soil moisture sensors

Sensoterra announced it has joined the Inmarsat Application and Solution Provider (ASP) Programme. This gives the Dutch company access to Inmarsat's global L-band satellite connectivity network, Elera to help grow its water management services.
