SES reports stable underlying revenues in Q1

Satellite operator SES said that its first quarter results showed a stable underlying revenue performance when excluding periodic revenues, with an 8.5 percent year-on-year growth at SES Network offsetting a 3.6 percent fall at SES Video. On a reported basis, group revenues declined by 11.7 percent to EUR 477.6 million (-4.9% at constant currency), while EBITDA decreased by 14.9 percent to EUR 304.4 million (-8.7% at constant currency). The net profit attributable to shareholders fell to EUR 98.2 million, down by 23.5 percent on Q1 2017.
