SES secures long-term contract renewals from Canal Plus across Europe and Africa

Satellite operator SES has extended its collaboration with long-standing partner Canal Plus to the end of the decade, saying that their new agreements represent EUR 230 million in additional secured contract backlog, and include options for more capacity and extensions. The deals cover satellite capacity across the broadcaster's three main regions of Western Europe, Central Europe and Africa.
