SFR completes acquisition of Altice Media France

French mobile and broadband operator SFR has completed the acquisition of Altice Media France from their common holding company Altice. When the operation was announced at the end of April, SFR said the transaction valued Altice Media France at EUR 241 million, or 4.5 times adjusted EBITDA. SFR was due to pay for the operation with its cash reserves and EUR 100 million of vendor financing from Altice.
