SFR has started relocating its employees from the existing headquarters in Saint-Denis, a northern suburb of Paris, to the ‘Qu4drans’ business park south of the capital, reports Le Journal de Saint-Denis. The news validates the press reports that first emerged in October 2016, confirming that the office move will gradually see the entire workforce move out by the third quarter of 2018.

The new ‘Qu4drans’ location, belonging to a company owned by Patrick Drahi, offers around 86,000 square metres of office space, compared to 134,000 square metres in the current headquarters, which were originally designed for 8,000 employees. SFR is currently undertaking a national redundancy plan to reduce its workforce by approximately a third, cutting in the region of 5,000 jobs across France.
