SFR plans major investment to return to customer growth

SFR has reaffirmed its capacity and determination to invest in infrastructures at a time of service quality complaints and customer losses, reports Les Echos. The group will invest over EUR 4 billion this year, the great majority in its network, and pledges to invest even more in subsequent years. Managers are conscious of the problems in SFR's mobile business. The operator lost over 1 million customers in a year. It only covers 60 percent of the country with LTE, including roaming on Bouygues Telecom's network, compared to around 80 percent for Orange. The company aims to reach its target of
