SFR runs TV ad drive with Shazam

French mobile and broadband operator SFR has launched a TV ad campaign in partnership with media engagement company Shazam. Running until 25 December, the drive features five ads, the first on "4G Ready", two on its dual carrier HSPA network and two on the multi-surf service of its new "Carrees" subscriptions. Fronted by comic actor Gad Elmaleh, the ads will invite viewers to use the Shazam smartphone and tablet app to view longer versions and take a quiz on whether they will be 4G ready at Christmas. SFR is extending the TV ad drive with a Twitter campaign at hashtag 4GReady.
