SFR starts iPad 3 at EUR 249

French operator SFR is selling the Apple iPad 3 from EUR 249.90 after a EUR 100 rebate when customers sign up to a Carre Tablette subscription. Echos du Net reports that SFR is selling the 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions in black or white with its Carre Tablette 3GB plan, with surfing speed throttled after 3GB, unlimited use of SFR Wi-Fi hotspots and 30 SFR TV channels. The three models cost EUR 349.90, EUR 449.90 and EUR 549.90 before the rebate. The iPad costs EUR 50 more on the 1 GB data plan and EUR 230 more on subscription plans with no tie-in period.
