SFR sues Orange over contracts for second homes

French mobile and broadband operator SFR has filed suit against France Telecom-Orange for predatory pricing at the commercial court of Paris for applying pricing that prevents competitors from replicating Orange France's ADSL and fixed phone services for customers' second homes in France. Reuters reports that SFR is seeking EUR 218 million in damages. There are some 3.2 million second homes in France.
