SFR upgrades neufbox IPTV with new channels, services

Monday 7 June 2010 | 19:33 CET | News
French mobile and broadband operator SFR has added several services to its neufbox TV service, including 19 new channels, 5 of which are in HD, taking its basic channel lineup to 150 channels, with another 150 premium channels. The first service, called 'Double Direct' (Double Live), allows viewers to watch two channels simultaneously, one in picture-in-picture mode, and to switch between them at the push of a button. 'Double Tuner' permits users to watch one channel while recording another. Both of these services have been added to the neufbox IPTV service via ADSL or fibre at no extra cost.
