SFR's new concept store reaches nearly 80 percent of retail footprint

Altice France subsidiary SFR gave an update on progress made in its 'Content Store' programme. The latter supports the operator's media-telecom convergence with the roll-out of shops where customers can interact with products and services, such as the RMC BFM Play streaming platform developed by sister company Altice Media. Following its launch in 2016, the programme has so far converted 78 percent of SFR's retail footprint to the new format, including 452 stores during the course of the current year.
