Siminn announces ISK 500 mln share buy-back

Icelandic operator Siminn has announced plans to repurchase up to ISK 500 million in its own shares from 11 May, following approval of a capital reduction at its 12 March AGM. The meeting authorised the directors to buy enough stock to leave it with a maximum of 10 percent of share capital, or ISK 875 million in nominal terms.
