Siminn buys back 12 mln own shares over 3 days

Icelandic operator Siminn said it purchased 12 million of its own shares from 19 to 21 August. Siminn held just under 345.32 million of its own shares before the transactions, after which the holding rose to almost 357.32 million shares, or 3.86 percent of the issued shares. It has now bought back 140 million shares in accordance with a repurchase plan that it had announced on the Iceland Stock Exchange on 28 June 2019.
