Singapore's Temasek to sell Intouch stake for nearly THB 16 bln – report

Aspen Holdings and Anderton Investments, two units of Singapore-headquartered investment company Temasek, have launched an overnight block trade on 14 August for THB 15.6 billion (approximately USD 505.67 million) or 8.02 percent of their stakes in InTouch Holdings, Reuters reports. InTouch is the major shareholder in Thai satellite operator Thaicom and mobile operator Advanced Info Service (AIS). Singapore Telecommunications currently owns 21 percent of InTouch. InTouch has not yet released comments on the potential transaction.
