Singtel's cyber security arm Trustwave divests payment card compliance business for USD 80 mln

Singtel's cyber security arm Trustwave has divested SecureTrust, its payment card industry compliance business to Sysnet Global Solutions, a provider of cyber security and compliance services, for a cash consideration of USD 80 million. The sale comes as part of Singtel's strategic review of its digital businesses announced in May this year.
