SK Planet to sell 15% stake in Loen to Kakao

SK Planet, a unit of South Korean operator SK Telecom, has agreed to sell its 15 percent stake in Loen Entertainment, provider of the MelOn music streaming service to Kakao, The Korea Herald reports. The shares are worth KRW 368 billion (approximately USD 302 million).
