SK Telecom spends KRW 110 bln to help business partners affected by coronavirus epidemic

South Korean operator SK Telecom has spent KRW 110 billion (approximately USD 92.7 million) providing monetary aid and urgent virus supplies to its distribution network and business partners that have been suffering losses due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic, The Korea Times reports, citing a company statement. Around 750 SK Telecom authorized dealers nationwide who lack liquidity due to a huge decline in sales attributed to the virus scare, have received part of their March incentive in advance, on 4 March. The inventive is worth a total KTW 35 billion.
