SK Telecom to provide big data-based real-time floating population analysis service for Gyeongbuk Police to contain covid-19 spread

South Korean operator SK Telecom has announced it will provide Geovision, a big data-based real-time floating population analysis service, to Gyeongbuk Provincial Police Agency, free of charge, until the Korean government declares the end of the coronavirus (Covid-19). SK Telecom has been providing the Geovision platform to Gyeongsan Police Station within the Gyeongbuk Province since 9 March, and will now start offering the service to all police stations in the Gyeongbuk Province.
