Sky Italia names Maranzana chief commercial officer

Pay-TV operator Sky Italia has announced the appointment of Pietro Maranzana as its new chief commercial officer, with responsibility for the company's marketing and sales structure. Maranzana has been at Sky Italia since 2005, having worked for three years at Sky Deutschland and as Sky Italia's executive vice president operations & business since September 2011. He will report directly to chief executive Andrea Zappia.
