Sky New Zealand appoints Bowman as chair, Macourt to retire

Sky New Zealand has appointed Philip Bowman as its chair, effective 1 September. Bowman will replace Peter Macourt, who will retire at the end of August. Macourt will remain a director on the company's board until the AGM in October.
