Sky wins EU-wide injunction against Skyworth-branded TVs

European pay-TV company Sky announced that a Commercial Court in Spain has reaffirmed a ruling from 2017 imposing an EU-wide injunction on the offering, advertising and promotion of Skyworth-branded TVs by Skyworth Europe.
