Slovak Telekom launches NB IoT pilot in two cities

Slovak Telekom launched a pilot operation of the first Slovak NB IoT network in two Slovak cities, Bratislava and Trnava, and their environs. The service is used for lower amounts of data at lower transmission speeds, from 100 bps to 100 kbps. NB IoT is used by sensors, as well as for remote monitoring and remote control of machines and devices.
