Slovenia announces obligations for 5G spectrum bidders

Slovenian regulator Akos has imposed several obligations for operators planning to bid for 5G spectrum. They must start using at least one frequency and offer services in at least one major city within one year, and within five years they must use all frequencies acquired to offer services in all major cities.
