Small German towns still lack high-speed internet

Smaller towns and villages in Germany lag behind when it comes to fast internet service, according to the Allensbach polling institute. It said 13 percent of people in smaller locations complain of a lack of broadband DSL infrastructure, compared with 7 percent of the general internet population in the country.
