Smart glasses set for heavy enterprise adoption in 2015

Unit shipments of smart glasses are expected to growth nearly 150 percent in 2015, almost all of which will be in the enterprise and public sector, according to ABI Research. The market intelligence firm expects over 90 percent of smart glasses to be sold in to the enterprise or public sector in 2015, including for remote assistance, policy and military, security, warehouse and barcode scanning, and in the consumer space for gaming.
