Smart home breakthrough expected by 2016

Smart home solutions have developed into a global growth market over the past year, and experts at the eco congress hosted by the German Internet Business Federation (Eco) expect the definite breakthrough of the technology on the German market by 2016. The director of Kotschi Consulting introduced an industry barometer indicating that companies increasingly discover smart home touch points. Smart homes penetrate all industries; energy suppliers, local utility suppliers as well as companies from the domestic technology, health care, consumer electronics and telecommunication sectors rely on
