SMIT, Irdeto supply CAM for Media Broadcast freenet TV

SMIT Holdings, a specialist in the design and development of Conditional Access Modules (CAM), has announced that it has partnered with digital platform security company Irdeto to supply the CI Plus Module with Irdeto Cloaked CA to Germany's network operator Media Broadcast, ahead of its new freenet TV digital terrestrial television (DTT) service launch.
