SoftBank outlines JPY 50 bln bond issue

Japanese communications provider SoftBank will issued JPY 50 billion in unsecured, straight bonds. The term for the bonds is set at seven years and the coupon rate at 1.689 percent. SoftBank will use the proceeds to repay existing borrowings.
