Sonaecom sells WeDo Technologies for nearly USD 100 mln

Portuguese company Sonaecom has announced that its subsidiary Sonae IM has reached an agreement with Mobileum for the sale of IT company WeDo Consulting. The transaction price comprises a fixed amount of USD 70 million and a variable and deferred amount, up to USD 27 million. The sale is part of Sonae IM's management strategy for its portfolio of technology-based companies.
