Sony expands Covid-19-related relief efforts

Sony said it expanded its Covid-19-related relief efforts. The company carried out fundraising Covid-19-related activities for employees at Sony Group businesses around the world in April and May. Thanks to the extensive voluntary participation of countless global employees, the total amount raised (including donation matching efforts provided for by the fund) was around USD 1.4 million dollars. These funds will be donated to various global organisations to support frontline workers fighting the spread of the virus, people and regions affected by poverty, and the children.
