South Africa wants 80% mobile broadband coverage in 2019

The government of South Africa aims to double mobile broadband coverage to 80 percent of the population by 2019, according to telecommunications minister Siyabonga Cwele, Reuters reported. He added that the government wants to reduce the cost of communications, too.
