South Sudan's govt awaits return of Vivacell, says licence remains valid

Tuesday 3 November 2020 | 10:56 CET | News

Director-General of the National Communication Authority, Napoleon Adok Gai, said that the operator still holds a licence so the government still considers Vivacell operational. He said the operator was only suspended to "put its  house in order" but has not come back to the government.
