Spain launches 'Hispabot-Covid19' info channel on Whatsapp

The Spanish government has announced the launch of a conversational bot for Whatsapp that any smartphone owner can access to consult the latest information on the spread of the coronavirus (covid-19) in the country. The free service, dubbed 'Hispabot-Covid19', will provide official and trustworthy advice and information on the virus, above all with a view to reducing pressure on healthcare hotlines, said the government.
