Spain watchdog consults on replicability of business offers

Spain's communications and competition regulator CNMC has launched a public consultation over the methodology it proposes to use to ascertain whether Telefonica's business offers can be replicated by other operators. The aim of the consultation is to ensure that the rates charged by Telefonica for broadband-based business offers can be replicated by its rivals. The CNMC said it's the first European regulator to publish a methodology proposal for analysing the economic replicability of business offers.
