Spain's Yoigo officially launches convergent plans

Spanish operator Yoigo has officially confirmed the details of its first fully convergent offers following its acquisition by MasMovil in September. Available since 01 December, the new convergent offers come in four different versions dubbed Combinada Naranja, Verde, Morada and Azul. Combinada Naranja comes with 50 Mbps fibre broadband, unlimited landline calls plus a mobile line with calls at 20 eurocents for the setup and a total of 1.2 GB of mobile data for EUR 40 a month. Combinada Verde comes with 5GB of data plus 100 minutes of mobile calls for EUR 48 a month, while Combinada Morada includes 2GB of data plus unlimited mobile calls for the same price. Finally, the premium Combinada Azul offer comes with 20GB of data, unlimited mobile calls plus 50 Mbps broadband for EUR 58. The 300 Mbps symmetric fibre option is available with all the plans for an additional EUR 10 a month.

Yoigo’s convergent offer has been launched shortly after parent company MasMovil reached a national roaming and site sharing agreement with Orange to increase the number of fibre homes to around 4 million starting next year.
