Spanish consumers call for free Wi-Fi in airports, stations

Spain's Consumers and Users Organisation (OCU) has launched a campaign calling for unlimited free Wi-Fi to be made available in all of Spain's airports and train stations. OCU is gathering signatures before submitting a formal request to Spain's ministry of public works and state-run companies such as AENA and ADIF, responsible for the management of the country's airports and train stations. According to OCU, although 38 percent of Spanish airports allow passengers to connect to a Wi-Fi network, the average free surfing time of 15 minutes is unacceptable in what is the third most visited
