Spanish MVNO reports big 3 operators to competition watchdog

Community-based Spanish MVNO Suop said it filed a complaint with the Spanish competition regulator CNMC, accusing the country's three leading mobile operators of price-fixing and blocking attempts by new MVNOs to enter the market.The company said it asked CNMC to set fixed parameters for negotiations between Movistar, Orange and Vodafone and would-be MVNOs in order to prevent the network operators from assuming a dominant position in the market.
