Spark deploys Cisco Traffic Optimization Software for Rugby World Cup mobile service

New Zealand operator Spark has deployed Cisco's Ultra Traffic Optimization software to power its mobile network capacity at the Rugby World Cup. The CUTO software is designed to increase radio site capacity and improve quality of experience through instant stabilization, and maximizing per-subscriber throughput, Cisco says.
