Spark establishes NZD 100 million committed revolving bank facility

Spark Finance, a subsidiary of Spark New Zealand that carries out the borrowing activities for the Spark New Zealand Group, has established a new NZD 100 million committed revolving facility with The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation. The bank facility will mature on 30 November 2021. Spark plans to use the facility for general corporate purposes. The facility replaces an existing NZD 100 million committed revolving bank facility maturing on 31 October 2018.
