Spark establishes sustainability-linked loans totaling NZD 425 million

Spark Finance, the subsidiary of Spark New Zealand that carries out the borrowing activities for the Spark group, has announced that in refinancing three existing loans, it has established three sustainability-linked loans totalling NZD 425 million. The committed revolving loan facilities are with three lenders, namely Westpac which acted as sole Sustainability Structuring Co-ordinator and Sustainable Finance Lenders, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and MUFG Bank.
