Spark launches first virtual interactive 3D store

New Zealand operator Spark has launched its first virtual and interactive 3D store. Developed in cooperation with creative agency 99, the store was initially designed to help Spark serve and connect with its customers who could no longer visit physical stores as a result of the COVID-19 crisis. However, Spark says this initial concept was expanded to create a new retail experience focused on virtual sales and service.
