Spark to launch Skinny Jump subsidised broadband service on 25 March

New Zealand operator Spark has announced it will re-launch its subsidised broadband service to help bridge the digital divide in New Zealand. The upgraded service, dubbed 'Skinny Jump', is not-for-profit and the result of collaboration between Spark, the Spark Foundation, Skinny and a network of community organisations around New Zealand.
